What the service does
You write or approve automation rules and Scalix executes them against connected Meta assets. Every new rule begins in dry-run mode so you can inspect the log before enabling live actions.
Your responsibility
You must have authority over every connected account. You are responsible for the rules you approve, the limits you choose, and the advertising spend affected by those rules.
What we do not promise
Scalix depends on Meta’s API. Rules may be delayed or fail when that service is unavailable or data is stale. We do not guarantee advertising performance, outcomes, or savings. Nothing in Scalix is advertising or financial advice.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as it is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Payment
Monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance. INR payments use Razorpay; USD plans are paid by card. Standard includes a 15-day no-card trial. Nothing is charged automatically when that trial ends unless you choose a paid plan.
Ending the agreement
Cancel from Billing; paid access continues through the current period. We may suspend access for abuse or Meta-policy violations and will explain the reason. You may request data deletion separately.
