DATA DELETION

Delete your Scalix data.

There are two different paths: remove Meta access immediately, or request full deletion of the Scalix account.

Remove the app

  1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy.
  2. Go to Settings → Business Integrations.
  3. Choose Scalix → Remove.

Meta notifies Scalix. Tokens and associated ad accounts, Pages, performance figures, comments, and messages are deleted straight away.

Delete everything

  1. Email from the address used on your Scalix account.
  2. State that you want the full account and associated data deleted.
  3. We verify the request, erase the data within 30 days, and confirm completion.
