The cycle
Every 60 seconds, on every plan, Scalix fetches Meta data and judges enabled rules across ads, ad sets, and campaigns for each connected account.
Rule reference
A rule combines a metric, a comparison, a lookback window, an action, and the guardrails you choose. AND binds tighter than OR.
| Metric | Source / calculation | Money? |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per result | Spend ÷ results from Meta data | Yes |
| Spend | Meta spend field | Yes |
| Results / sales value / ROAS | Meta performance data | Mixed |
| CPM / CPC / CTR | Meta fields or direct calculation | Mixed |
| Impressions / clicks / frequency | Meta performance data | No |
Comparisons: >, ≥, <, ≤, =, ≠. Windows: today, yesterday, and the last 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. “Today” resets at midnight in the ad account's timezone.
Actions and parameters
| Action | Parameters | Important constraint |
|---|---|---|
| Stop | Selected entity | Kill-switch stops cannot be auto-resumed |
| Start | Selected entity | Respects stop history |
| Set budget | Amount, time | Normally raises; timed reset may lower |
| Raise budget | Amount or %, ceiling | A ceiling is required |
| Lower budget | Amount or % | Needs account permission or becomes a recommendation |
| Duplicate | Entity, copies | Campaigns: max two copies/day and requires sales |
| Notify | Channel, message | Does not change Meta |
Seven guards before any action
Spend with zero results is unmeasurable by a cost-per-result-only rule. Pair it with “spent N with no sales.”
The clock
Schedule a rule for chosen hours and minute, one date, or daily until a date. Each account follows its own timezone.
What the agent understands
Speak or type in English, Hindi, or Hinglish. Scalix may clarify a number, but may never invent one or save without your yes.
Inbox and moderation
Configure which Pages can reply, draft, hide, delete, or flag. Routine questions use your product and policy data; complaints and uncertainty go to a human.
A night, hour by hour
Limits and honesty
- Scalix depends on Meta's API and will not act on stale data.
- No currency is converted; figures stay in the ad account's currency.
- Scalix does not claim city-level measurement Meta does not provide.
- In the published 30-day own-account example: 649,492 judgements and 413 actions. Holds included spend floors, stale data, cooldowns, dry run, and daily caps.
